Deep Tissue Massage

Helps with chronic muscular pain and injury rehabilitation as well as pain associated with inflammation due to arthritis and tendonitis.

Guided Meditation

Meditation done as a private session or group session anywhere from 30 to 60 min. Sessions draw from several styles of meditation and vary according to client needs. Each meditation is custom tailored to the individual needs of the participants based on their current state of mind. Guided visualization techniques are also implimented to help create a deeper sense of awareness and connection with one's self, and with others around them.

Holistic Lifestyle Coaching

HLC is perfect for those who want to increase the overall quality of their daily lives. During HLS sessions, the practitioner helps clients identify and ultimately release unwanted behavior patterns by getting to their source. Sessions are conducted on a weekly basis and can even be held over the phone if necessary. HLC can be an effective tool for not only the individual executive, but entire corporations who want to increase confidence, productivity, and elevate communication awareness amongst employees.

Manual Lymph Drainage

Strokes applied in manual lymph drainage are intended to stimulate the movement of the lymphatic fluid in order to assist the body in cleansing. This is a gentle, rythmic technique that cleanses the connective tissue of inflammatory materials and toxins, enhances immune system activity, reduces pain, and lowers activity in the sympathetic nerve system.

Prenatal/Pregnancy Massage

Many methods of massage and somatic therapies are safe and effective prenatally, during labor, and postpartum. Prenatally specific techniques can reduce much of the discomfort and concerns often associated with pregnancy, thus enhancing the physiology and emotional well-being of both mother and fetus. In the postpartum period, specialized techniques rebalance structure, physiology and emotions of the new mother and may help her to better bond and care for her infant.

Raindrop Technique

Originated by Dr. Gary Young, MD, Raindrop Technique is a noninvasive tool used to help correct defects in the curvature of the spine caused by bacteria and viruses that lie dormant there. Antimicrobial essential oils are used to reduce inflammation by killing viral agents; bringing the body into structural and electrical alignment. The oils used in this 1 hour treatment continue to work on the body for the next 5 to 7 days.

Reiki

Reiki is a hands on energy healing art that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. In a Reiki session, the practitioner, trained to access and serve as a channel for the life force energy (chi), places their hands on or above the clients body in order to activate healing energy within receptive points. As the harmonic flow of energy is strengthened, within the client and practitioner, healing occurs through the return of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance.

Sports Massage

Massage designed to enhance athletic performance and recovery. There are three contexts in which sports massage can be useful to an athlete. Pre-event, post-event, and injury treatment. When an athlete sustains an injury, skillful massage therapy can often speed and improve the quality of healing.

St John's Neuromuscular Therapy

This therapy seeks out the cause of pain, focusing on creating a balance between the muscular and nervous system. This therapy is used to treat soft tissue throughout the body. The goal is to help relieve pain and dysfunction by understanding and alleviating the underlying causes. It is used to locate and release spasms and hypercontraction in the tissue, eliminate trigger points that cause referred pain, rebuild the strength of the injured tissue, assist venous and lymphatic flow, and restore postural alignment, proper biomechanics, and flexibilty to the tissues.

Swedish/Relaxation Massage

One of the most commonly taught and well know nassage techniques, Swedish style uses a variety of strokes to promote inner peace and relaxation. Many of the benefits include generalized relaxation, dissolution of scar tissue adhesions, and improved circulation. This can also speed healing and reduce swelling from injury.
